We hosted a highly engaging cross-disciplinary case study workshop in collaboration with FSRN, focusing on the transformative role of AI in the food industry.

Next, a groundbreaking presentation on using AI to address E. coli showcased significant advancements in food safety. The event concluded with dynamic breakout sessions, where attendees collaborated to brainstorm actionable strategies for implementing AI solutions in food safety.
