ELIXIR Europe invites bioinformaticians, developers, and life science researchers from around the world to join BioHackathon Europe, taking place in Berlin from 3–7 November 2025. This annual event offers a dynamic, hands-on environment for collaborative coding, data integration, and tool development focused on real-world challenges in bioinformatics.
Participants will work on projects aligned with ELIXIR’s platforms and communities, covering topics such as FAIR data principles, metadata standards, ontologies, and open-source infrastructure. The event will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and remote participation.
