BioModelsML are running a remote hackathon dedicated to advancing the application of FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) to machine learning models in the field of life sciences. This event, focused on the BioModels ML project, offers participants a unique opportunity to dive into the FAIR-AIML initiative, enhancing the reproducibility, and utility of ML models, and gaining recognition for your contribution. What to Expect
  • Day 1 (20th June, 10:00 – 11:30 BST) An introduction to the BioModels ML project and its goals, featuring a talk on the Ersilia Model Hub, followed by a hands-on demonstration on ML model annotation for BioModels. Engage with experts during our interactive Q&A sessions.
  • Day 2 (21st June, 10:00 – 16:00 BST) A full day of hands-on activities including annotating your own models, model conversion to ONNX, and efforts to reproduce results for submission to BioModels. The day concludes with a collaborative session where groups share insights and challenges faced during annotation and reproducibility tasks.
