On 3 July, Women in Biotech will host an event at Imperial College London, bringing together life science investors to discuss how the next generation can drive meaningful change in biotech leadership.
The Women in Biotech Leadership report highlighted investor influence as a key challenge to female CEO progression. To create real impact, the investment community must recognise and support diverse leadership. Initiatives such as Investing in Women Code, VC Fellowship, and Invest in Equity are paving the way for new talent and companies led by women.
A panel of investors will explore ways to influence established investors and share perspectives on the role of future leaders in shaping biotech investment.
